Penmac Staffing Services, Inc. announced that Felicia Armades was promoted from Assistant Manager to Branch Manager.

Armades started with Penmac in October 2021 as a Staffing Specialist before moving into a Substitute Coordinator position early in 2022, working with the Penmac Education Staffing division that partners with local school districts. Last summer, Armades was promoted to Assistant Manager. Before joining the Penmac team, Armades worked for nearly a decade with Ozarks Healthcare as an office assistant, HR generalist, and clinic supervisor.

“Holding so many different positions on the Penmac team over the last couple of years has given me a unique perspective on staffing,” Armades said. “I’m fortunate to have gotten to know so many people in the community, both job seekers and businesses, and I look forward to supporting West Plains and the surrounding areas even more in the future.”
