I am only available to work on certain dates. What should I do?

The best thing about these positions is you can work when you are available! You'll work with your Penmac Staffing Specialist to set a schedule that works for you. You can see the full calendar of events here.

Will I be able to watch the concerts?

Some positions will be in locations where you can easily see the stage. You will be expected to be moving around and performing your duties, and not just hanging out to watch the show.

How long would I be working?

Start and end times vary by position. Most positions will be an 8-hour day, with some positions being 6- or 12-hour days.

Can I stay to watch the concert after my shift ends?

Unfortunately, without tickets to the show, you are unable to stay and watch the show after your shift ends.

What is the dress code?

The Guest Services team wears black polo shirts, black pants or shorts, and tennis shoes.

Can I take pictures or get autographs?

While you are working, you are not allowed to take pictures or ask for autographs.
