Ash Grove R-IV Schools recently approved Penmac Education Staffing as the third-party service provider for substitute services beginning for the 2020-2021 school year.
Penmac Staffing Services, Inc., the nation’s largest employee-owned staffing company, opened its first office in Springfield, MO in 1988, and has since grown to more than thirty offices in seven states. Penmac created its Education Staffing division to provide substitute services to local schools in 2014. It has since grown to provide services to more than twenty districts in Missouri, including Springfield R-12, Willard R-2, Republic R-III, Clever RV, and more. This substitute teacher program assists school districts in recruiting, screening, training, and managing qualified substitute teacher and paraprofessionals.
