West Plains, MO—Each fall, Penmac Staffing names its top three branches of the year with the People First Award. This year, the West Plains office was among the top three branches.
Of 34 Penmac offices, the West Plains branch stood out for exemplifying all four of the People First criteria—communication, team development, financial stewardship, and compliance and procedures. The honor is named after Penmac’s motto, “We Place People First,” which emphasizes the importance Penmac places both on strong relationships with businesses and job seekers, as well as filling positions and finding employment quickly. The team in West Plains continuously strives to achieve this through innovative marketing, community involvement, compliance of procedures, teamwork, and more.
The West Plains office opened in 1994, and celebrated their 25th anniversary this year. Penmac’s ninth branch, West Plains has always exceled. The local team is made up of Regional Manager Deanna McNew, Branch Manager Matt Owens, Substitute Coordinator Craig Poppitz, Staffing Specialist Bobbie McLain, and Staffing Specialist Tim Veith. Owens was promoted to Branch Manager earlier this year, and along with the help of an outstanding team, has grown the branch’s success.
Congratulations to the Penmac team in West Plains for your outstanding work and service to the community.
