Penmac Office in West Plains Celebrates 25 Years

Penmac expresses gratitude and invites community to an Open House and Ribbon Cutting on 7/22.

West Plains, MO—Penmac Staffing in West Plains, MO, a premier provider of staffing and human resource services, is celebrating its 25th anniversary this summer, thanks to the ongoing support of the community.


Penmac opened the branch in West Plains in 1994 to help businesses find quality candidates and to help job seekers find employment to meet their needs. The office serves employees and companies in West Plains, Willow Springs, Mountain View, Cabool, Mountain Grove, and other surrounding areas.


When the branch first opened 25 years ago, Penmac hired Deanna McNew as Branch Manager. Today, McNew not only oversees the West Plains office as Regional Manager, but six other Penmac branches as well. Matt Owens, who has been with the Penmac in West Plains for more than a decade became Branch Manager earlier this year.


Penmac is appreciative to local client businesses and employees for their partnership. “Together, we’re able to provide goods, services, and employment to our town. I love working with Penmac in West Plains because it gives me an opportunity to contribute to a community that believes in helping its neighbors,” Branch Manager Owens said.

Penmac West Plains will be celebrating its 25th Anniversary on Monday, July 22 with an Open House from 3-6pm, and the Chamber Ribbon-Cutting at 4:00pm. The community is invited to stop by to enjoy hors d’oeuvres and have the chance to win door prizes and other giveaways.
