Penmac Staffing is excited to announce that it has partnered with Waynesville R-VI School District to provide substitute teachers during the rest of the 2015-2016 school year.
Penmac Education Staffing started its substitute teacher program in 2013, and has since grown to provide services to Neosho R-5, Glenwood R-VII, Laclede County R-I, Lebanon R-III, Willard R-2, and Republic R-III school districts. This substitute teacher program not only assists school districts in recruiting, screening, training, and managing qualified substitute teachers and paraprofessionals, but will also ensure district compliance with the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.
Those who are interested in subbing for Waynesville Schools should apply with the Penmac branch in Lebanon, MO at 1000 Alexis, Suite A-B. Candidates can also call (417) 588-8990 for more information. Those interested in substitute teaching can also visit https://penmac.com/teach to apply. A Missouri Substitute Certificate is required. Full-time substitute teachers are eligible for Penmac’s health and retirement benefits. Penmac will use Aesop, an online substitute management program that allows substitute teachers to specify availability, set assignment preferences, and communicate with classroom teachers.
The Lebanon Penmac office is excited to partner with another school district. Branch Manager Michelle Cologna says, “We are looking forward to helping Waynesville Schools with their substitute needs. We know the importance of having high quality substitutes in the classroom to ensure that learning isn’t interrupted, even when the permanent teacher can’t be there.”
Penmac Education Staffing will take care of recruiting qualified candidates, completing National, State, and County background checks, education verification, references, drug screens, and any other customized solutions tailored to a district’s specific needs. Penmac skilled professionals take care of the hiring and orientation processes as well. Substitute teachers are provided training and support at the classroom level.
