Penmac Staffing Services, Inc. is an employee-owned company. Penmac associates may be eligible to participate in Penmac’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).

Penmac ESOP Quick Facts

  1. Penmac assets are now held in a trust. Employees will be allocated shares in this trust for each year of service. Plan participants will receive an annual account statement.
  2. Generally, you will be fully vested in the ESOP after 3 years of continuous service in which you served at least 1000 hours in each of those years.  Some exceptions may apply; see attached document for more information.
  3. Penmac operations and management will not change.
401k Retirement Savings Plan

The Penmac 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan allows you to save for retirement through tax-deferred payroll deductions. With over 20 investment options, the plan covers the full range of investment styles. To access the Summary Plan Description, click the link below.

Plan entry dates are January 1 and July 1 of each year. You can participate in the 401(k) if you have met the following Plan Entry Requirements:

  • 1 year of service
  • 1000 hours worked in the preceding 12 months
