Penmac ESOP Quick Facts
- Penmac assets are now held in a trust. Employees will be allocated shares in this trust for each year of service. Plan participants will receive an annual account statement.
- Generally, you will be fully vested in the ESOP after 3 years of continuous service in which you served at least 1000 hours in each of those years. Some exceptions may apply; see attached document for more information.
- Penmac operations and management will not change.

Plan entry dates are January 1 and July 1 of each year. You can participate in the 401(k) if you have met the following Plan Entry Requirements:
- 1 year of service
- 1000 hours worked in the preceding 12 months
