Access your W-2 online.

Your 2011 Penmac W-2 form is available online on Penmac's Web Portal.

1. Click here to access Web Portal and log on with your username and password. (If you are unable to access your Web Portal account, please contact your local Penmac office.)
2. Click the Pay History button in the top menu.
3. Click W-2 in the left column menu to view or print your 2011 W-2 form. You may also save the PDF file of your W-2 to email or print later. 

If you don't have access to a printer, come to your local Penmac office for a free copy. Printing may also be available at local libraries and career centers.

Your W-2 will not be mailed to you unless you contact your local Penmac office and specifically request that it be mailed to you.
