He started with Penmac as a Staffing Specialist, and has had more than four promotions over the years, serving in nearly all branch roles before becoming Regional Manager in 2021. With an employment background in hospitality management, and multiple degrees, Owens is truly an expert across fields. Past President of the West Plains Sunrise Rotary Club, Board Member for the Willow Springs Scholarship Club, and a West Plains Chamber Ambassador, Owens is passionate about his community. He currently oversees Penmac offices in West Plains, MO; Houston, MO; and Memphis, TN. "The best thing about my job is how every day is a new and rewarding challenge," Owens said. "We have an opportunity to help others be successful--whether they are job-seekers looking for a better career, or a business needing more workers. Helping neighbors is what we do, and we continue to be blessed because of it." Owens is married to his wife, Dawn, and has four sons.

Felicia Armades

Branch Manager, West Plains

Felicia Armades started with Penmac in October 2021 as a Staffing Specialist before moving into a Substitute Coordinator position early in 2022, working with the Penmac Education Staffing division that partners with local school districts. In the summer of 2022, she was promoted to Assistant Manager of the Penmac branch in West Plains, MO, and then in 2023 was promoted to Branch Manager. "I love being part of the Penmac team," Armades said. "I am excited to help our community even more in this new role."
